OVERVIEW
Equitas completed this Starbucks on a 1.32 acre site in Port St. Lucie, Fla. Site work included a new privacy wall, storm water accommodations, an asphalt parking lot, and a new lift station. Off-site work included construction of a new turning lane and improvements to the adjacent street, new sidewalks and traffic signal modification.
